Let's Find Out About Japanese Food

As we already know, Tokyo, a city in Japan, is one of the cities included in the major cities in the world. Maybe we can also conclude, Tokyo reflects a modern city in Japan. We can also call it a very Hi-Tech city. We can find many modern technologies in Tokyo Japan. And even more unique, even though the city is famous for cities with technological requirements and the most modern among cities in the world, Tokyo still maintains, preserves and upholds traditional Japanese souls.

This time I will focus on discussing food in Japan, according to the informant I asked, namely a student who was my senior in high school who was named early. At the time of high school she used to take student exchanges to Japan.

Here are some foods in Japan, including domburimono. This dish consists of a bowl (domburi) of rice covered with various dishes such as boiled beef (Gyudon), chicken and eggs (oyakodon), fried shrimp (tendon) or fried pork and eggs (katsudon) with tofu and pickled soup. They often eat this because the price is more affordable.

Next there is tempura, Tempura is seafood or vegetables dipped in batter and fried, tempura is served with sauce and daikon. The word "Tempura" comes from Portuguese ‘tempero’ (sauce) and this dish dates from the middle of the 16th century, when Portuguese and Spanish culture was first introduced to Japan.
